Powering the watch is Omega's top-tier caliber 565 movement used in Seamasters from the era, and one of the last superior 500's series movements used before Omega began trying to reduce their costs, and the top tier offering of the 500 series. It has 24 jewels and a quick-setting date and is one of the finest mass-produced automatic movements from era.
It is full size for the era - 34.5mm, which is in between the size of the Rolex Date and the Rolex Datejust.
It is 100% Omega and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. Its case shows signs of previous polishing to the logo on the back - otherwise it presents as mint. The dial has been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. On the wrist it presents as gorgeous mint.
It has just been fully overhauled by a Master Watchmaker and is keeping very accurate time.
For the finishing touch it has been equipped with a brand new calfskin leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment
