This sterling silver English medal fob is rich with detail. It dates to the year before England entered into World War II. The medal is a spoked circle topped with an engraved crown. A shield sits at the center, surrounded by scrolled engraving. The back of the medal is blank and ready to be engraved with your own personal message. This fob will look quite dashing worn on one of our Ancient Influences married chains.

The bale is finished with a heavy sterling jump ring hallmarked for England. The back of the medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver and the year 1938. It is signed with the maker's mark W.A, for Birmingham silver smith William Adams Ltd. 

Details.....The medal measures 1.03" by 1.56", 1.75" with bale. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
